What Will the Apprentice Be Doing?
The administration role within an accountancy practice is a busy, varied and critical role within the organisation and offers vital support to all areas of the business.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Ensuring client records are kept up to date and well organised
Assisting in the maintenance of accurate anti-money laundering records
Ensuring new client onboarding procedures are correctly followed
Assistance in the development of internal admin procedures
Communicating key information to clients
Regular interaction with HMRC and other national bodies
Taking and distributing internal meeting notes
What Training Will the Apprentice Take and What Qualification Will the Apprentice Get at the End?
The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administration Level 3. A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course.
This is a predominently work-based programme with College attendance required once a month. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/College and within their contracted working hours.

On completion of the Apprenticeship we hope that the successful candidate would go on to forge a successful career with the company with the view to ultimately taking responsibility for overall management of the admin processes/office management.
