What Will the Apprentice Be Doing?
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Producing sales invoices for capital equipment sales
Preparing monthly KPI reports for management meeting.
Maintaining stock reports for Technosys Ltd
Managing the company ISO documentation within the Commercial Department to ensure full compliance.
Organise transport for machinery – UK
Organise Freight Forwarders for customs paperwork.
Liaising with suppliers as and when required
Authorising supplier invoices
Occasional visits to customers
Day to day deliveries and booking on DHL portal
Exhibition duties as and when necessary
Any other duties that the management deem necessary
What Training Will the Apprentice Take and What Qualification Will the Apprentice Get at the End?
The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administrator Level 3.
A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course.
This is a predominantly work-based programme with College attendance required once a month. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/college and within their contracted working hours.
